Security Deposit: $100.00
Coffee City Residents: $125.00 Rental Fee
Coffee City Residents with Alcohol: $200.00 Rental Fee
Non-residents: $250.00 Rental Fee
Non-residents with Alcohol: $300.00 Rental Fee
All events with alcohol present will REQUIRE a certified Texas Peace Officer. Renter will be required to pay police fees direclty to the officer(s) at the beginning of your event.
1 - 50 attendees: One officer @ $45.00 per hour
50 - 100 attendees: Two officers @ $45.00 per hour, per officer
100 + attendees: Three Officers @ $45.00 per hour, per officer
