rental Fees

Coffee City Residents: $125 (with use of kitchen)
Non-Residents: $250.00 (with use of kitchen
Security Deposit: $100

If alcohol is present, a police officer must be hired at a rate of $45 per officer, per hour. Any event that has more than 50 attendees must pay for an additional police officer. ($45 per extra officer, per hour)

Main Meeting Hall - $50
Men's Restroom - $25
Women's Restroom - $25
Kitchen - $50
Outside - $25
Trash Removal - $25
Decoration Removal - $50
Tables and Chairs Cleaned & Restacked - $50

Any excessive cleaning such as stains, painting, floor cleaning and/or damages will be billed at an additional $18 an hour, plus material and equipment cost.
