In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.160 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Coffee City Economic Development Corporation, a Type B economic development corporation, is publishing this notice of intent to undertake the project(s): constructing a community park for different purposes and events, with an estimated cost of $25,000.00.
